Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are reportedly preparing to make a move for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
The Ligue 1 club is expected to present a proposal next week for the 25-year-old Nigerian international, who is being eyed as a replacement for Kylian Mbappé following his transfer to Real Madrid.
PSG and Napoli are scheduled to enter a new round of negotiations to settle on a transfer fee. Personal terms are not expected to be an issue, as Osimhen has already given his approval to the move.
Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis, who initially sought to trigger Osimhen’s €130 million release clause, may now accept a lower offer.
Victor Osimhen scored 17 goals and provided three assists in 32 appearances across all competitions for Napoli last season.
