NPFL champions, Rangers, will hold their CAF Champions League home games at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
This decision follows the failure to secure CAF’s approval for their usual home ground, Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu, which was deemed unsuitable for international matches.
Rangers will face Union Sportive Zilimadjou of Comoros in the first preliminary round of the competition, scheduled for August 2024.
In other CAF competitions, Remo Stars will play their home games at Remo Stars International Stadium in Ikenne, which has been approved by CAF.
They will compete against Morocco’s AS FAR in the first preliminary round.
In the CAF Confederation Cup, Enyimba will use the Enyimba International Stadium in Aba for their home matches.
El-Kanemi Warriors have also confirmed that they will host their games at Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
