Rangers International of Enugu attacker, Solomon Okpaku has declared that he and other players in The Flying Antelopes will fight with all they have this weekend, in order to get victory away to Bantu FC of Lesotho in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Okpaku said Wednesday during a radio sports programme monitored by footballlive.ng that The Coal City side will not underrate their hosts, as he says any team playing continental matches has to be good.
Rather than feel they can have a stroll in the park against the largely unknown and unfancied Lesotho side, Okpaku stressed that Rangers will give everything they can muster to get a descent result on Sunday.
He stated further that all players in the squad know what is at stake, and stressed that they want to make history for the club and themselves by reaching the group stage of the second-tier continental competition.
“We are not going there with overconfidence; we are going there to fight. We will not underrate them, but we will fight with everything.
“We need to win this match home and away, and that’s what we will go there to do. We will fight hard to get the result we want,” Okpaku fired.
