Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri will reportedly have his favourite food and trusted computer delivered to England.
According to The Sun’s Alvino Cagnazzo, Sarri ‘is not a fan of English food’ and ‘has a lack of trust in finding his favourite delicacies’, despite already ‘tapping up’ assistant Gianfranco Zola for the best Italian restaurants and shops around West London.
Consequently, the former Napoli Coach has arranged for ‘shipments of cheese, beef and even coffee’ to be sent over from Italy.
Cagnazzo explains only Caffe Kimbo will do for the 59-year-old, the coffee manufacturer native to Naples and sleeve sponsors for the Partenopei last season.
As for cheese, Sarri only eats buffalo mozzarella from Caserta and Naples – both provinces of Campania down south – and Tuscan beef from ‘a Chianina breed of cattle’.
Finally, his work at the Blues’ Cobham training complex should be accompanied by the computer he has used since coaching Empoli, as well as Merit cigarettes.
