Former Nigeria Premier Football League champions, Rivers United, have announced the signing of forward Aniekeme Okon.
Okon previously played for Remo Stars, who finished second last season and competed in continental tournaments.
The former Nigerian U20 attacker has signed a two-year deal with the Pride of Rivers for the 2024/2025 season.
The Rivers State-based club is expected to officially announce his arrival following their preseason tournament in Ikenne.
The NPFL is set to return for the 2024/2025 season on August 31.
