Umar Sadiq is on the path to becoming a super star and Rangers Manager, Steven Gerrard is confident the player has the potential to succeed.
Sadiq became Ranger’s ninth signing of the transfer window, joining the club on loan from AS Roma and Gerrard believes the club can help the youngster fulfill his goals as a professional footballer.
The forward spent last season on loan spells to Torino and NAC Breda.
Speaking at the Europa League pre-match presser, the former Liverpool youth Coach said, “Umar is a player with huge potential and I think he is looking for the next stage to take his career to the next level.
“Rangers can give these boy a stage and platform to perform on.”
