Coach Emmanuel Amuneke who is set to make his debut as the TAIFA Stars Technical Adviser on Monday next week against Cranes of Uganda as told footballive that he and his charges are expecting a very keenly contested match against the Ugandans.
Speaking to www.footballive.ng ahead of his debut as the TAIFA Stars Technical Adviser, he said, “We are presently doing the best to achieve the required result expected from us against the Ugandan.”
Coach Amuneke went on to say the pace of preparations had been stepped up with more players arriving the camp to join the rest of the team ahead of the Monday clash.
On his team state of mind, he said, “We are in very high spirit preparing but also aware of the challenges to come, task ahead of us and the prospect of the game against the Ugandans.”
He also promised Tanzanians and fans of the TAIFA Stars that his team would do their best to make sure they celebrate after the game against the Cranes of Uganda on Monday.
The former Al Khartoum Watani SC coach concluded by saying’ “As a team in one spirit, we are doing everything humanly possible and everything from footballing perspective to make sure that we are ready for the game in Kampala.”
