Liberia’s U-17 women’s team will compete against Nigeria’s Flamingos in the final qualifying round for the 2024 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
Liberia secured their spot by defeating Senegal 2-0 in the second leg of their third qualifying round, overcoming a 3-1 loss in the first leg to advance on the away goals rule.
The Flamingos earned their place in the final round with a dominant 7-1 aggregate victory over Burkina Faso.
Liberia will host the first leg of the final qualifier in Monrovia on Saturday, June 8.
The second leg will take place at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja one week later.
