top flight Priemier club Al-Nasr of Libya.
The Libyan club Al-Nasr have confirmed the signing of the Nigerian central defender, Azubuike Egwuekwe and the former Lobi stars midfielder Nathaniel Joseph .
Azubike ,the former warri wolves player has agreed on a two year deal and he will be unveiled later today alongside another Nigerian in Nathaniel Joseph who also penned a two year deal with the Libyan side.
Nathaniel Joseph Last played for Lobi Stars of Nigeria and also played for the B team of the senior national team of Nigeria largely made up of players picked from the Nigeria Professional Football League teams.
Egwuekwe was a former KuPS player scoring five goals in 32 games and also debut in 2012 and played in several 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.He made the Super Eagles squad for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and the 2013 FIFA Confederation Cup.
The duo were signed as part of Al-Nasr campaign preparations for the CAF Champions League in which the club are currently at the number one spot in the Libyan Premier League with 11 points. This is not the first time Nigeria’s has been having exploits in Libya league way back in the 90s the likes of Badwin Bazuaye .
