Thiago Alcantara Retires from Professional Football

Liverpool Legend, Thiago Alcantara, has decided to retire from professional football.

Thiago is known for his successful spell at Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Liverpool and Spain in the international level.

During his career, the 33-year old midfielder won 30 major trophies, including two Champions League titles, seven Bundesliga titles, and four La Liga titles.

The Spaniard also achieved success with Spain’s youth teams, winning the European Under-17 and Under-21 Championships.

Thiago Alcantara is now looking forward to a new chapter in his life and remains passionate about football after hanging his boot.

He has been planning for this big decision for several months and is eager to explore new opportunities in the sport.
