Italian Serie A side Udinese has mutually agreed to part ways with Nigerian winger Isaac Success after three years of dedicated service.
The club announced the decision on Tuesday via its social media channels, expressing gratitude for the player’s contributions and wishing him well in his future endeavors.
“Udinese Calcio announced that it has reached and signed agreement for the consensual terminations of contract with the player Isaac Success.” the statement read.
“We thank him for the years we spent together and wish him the best in his professional future.”
Success, a former Granada star, joined Udinese from Sky Bet Championship club Watford in 2021. During his three-year stint, he scored four goals in 79 appearances for the Serie A outfit.
Internationally, Success has represented Nigeria extensively at the youth level and made his senior debut in 2017 during a friendly against Senegal. However, injuries and a dip in form have kept him out of the Super Eagles squad since his last appearance in 2018.
