Super Eagles goalkeeper Francis Uzoho, who just got back from injury has been nominated among the most valuable player for the match day 17 in the LaLiga
It is the second time this season that the Nigeria international is getting nominated for this award for putting up a good performance in his Spanish Team Elche.
It could be recalled that the Super eagles goalie was nominated for the most valuable player award on matchday 10 but lost out.
Uzoho kept a clean on return from injury , as he was outstanding in goal for Elche making three outstanding saves on in a game that ended in a draw.
The loanee Francis Uzoho from Deportivo La Coruna has kept three clean sheets in four La Liga Segunda games for Elche, but not forgetting he has also conceded five league goals in one game.
Other nominees for the award along side Uzoho are Cristian Herrera of CD Lugo, Borja Valle of RC Deportivo, Juan Carlos of UD Almería and Dani Romera of Cádiz CF.
Elche are now 18th in the LaLiga second tier table with 17 points from 17 games.
