Victor Osimhen Contributes to Galatasaray’s Europa League Win

Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen was denied a goal in Galatasaray’s 3-1 victory against PAOK in their UEFA Europa League opener at Rams Park.

His header from a Dries Mertens corner led to an own goal by PAOK’s Abdul Rahman Baba, giving Galatasaray an early lead.

After PAOK equalized, Osimhen assisted Yunus for the second goal, restoring Galatasaray’s advantage.

Victor Osimhen has yet to find the net for his new club, but has made a tally for 3 assists, providing one assist in each appearance for the team.

He was substituted with 12 minutes remaining, and Mauro Icardi sealed the win with a late goal.
