Nigerian goalkeeper Francis Uzoho conceded five goals in Elche’s 5-1 defeat by Cadiz in a Spanish Segunda league clash on Sunday.

Four of the goals were scored in 12 minutes in the seconds half.

It was the first time the Super Eagles number one goalie was beaten in goal after keeping two successive clean sheets.

Elche had taken the lead through Sory Kaba in the ninth minute before their opponent put five goal past the 20-year-old.

Elche, who have now lost four games this season, lie 4th with 14 points from 12 games.

Francis uzoho for him to be number 1 goalkeeper of the super Eagles he needs to do more and improve himself in terms of aerial ball positioning and good timing of the ball.

No doubt a fast growing keeper but his present status as number 1 goalkeeper of one of the biggest brand in Africa football.

More is expected of him as someone who is willing to stay longer in the senior National team of Nigeria .

Not a good news to hear that a keepeer who is preparing to mount the post in a crucial game against south Africa in less two weeks allowed 5 goals inside his net , is not good for his confidence towards the match against Bafana Bafana of South Africa come November 17.
