We intend to make football an integral part of Nigeria econmony – Pinnick Amaju

Date:

The president of Nigeria football federation and as well 1st vice President Of CAF Pinnick Amaju spoke passionately in the AGA held in Asaba.
We tend to make  super eagles a wonderful brand and a priceless asset.
We tend to make Nigeria football an integral part of the Nigerian economy and we believe with your support and the support of the government it is very doable .
I will not but also say that Your excellency,  at every point in time gratitude should be accorded to the president the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
He gave us support when we needed it,  provided security, when we needed  the most.
We also extent our gratitude to the executive governor of Katsina state  alhaji Masari
During the NFF election,  he provided a the right and conducive atmosphere for us to conduct our elections peaceful.
Which Katsina state has recorded another history of a peaceful handing over of elections of the Football Federation.
We want to show our appreciation for what you have done for Nigerian football,  when we came in two months ago when you hosted the African Athlete championship event which was quite impressive and historic in delta state.
We thought it wise as we have told you earlier that we will come with a good event.
And today there is  no match bigger as the
Aiteo Cup competition, which is the Nigerian El-classico .
For the the following teams, Kano pillars and Rangers Int’l are part of the few teams with the riches footballing history.
I reassure sir,  i have good new for you, this is just the beginning of more sporting event to come to the way of Delta state from NFF.
At the appropriate time we will mention it to you sir,  we came along with the head coach of the Gernot Rohr to have a formal inspection of the stadium to see if the Super Eagles can be hosted here in Asaba the state capital.
Your excellency, we believe that the Nigerian football is on a journey that we  feel we can arrive at the destination and in the cause of this journey i can say we stray away sometimes but we are able to retrace our steps back to the right track.
The executive committee that i serve as their president has been so loyal, so dedicated, so committed and so supportive.
Their supportive strength and backing  is an element found within my executive committee and i still find it very difficult to believe they can do this for me.
We do have our grievances amongst ourselves but the greater bond is our ability to settle out our differences amicably in peace , love  and a unified mind.
I want to give so much kudos to my executive board members for their relentless effort.
We want to redefine football in Nigeria and i promise to use my tenure to achieve such goals.
Even though i am entitled to still recontest , trust me this next four years it have to serve, will be my last years serving as a president, i don’t intend to run after my tenure elapses.
I want to live in my trails a very rich legacy for Nigerian football when i step down as the NFF president and i want to believe members of the congress have done nobly well too.
