Wikki Tourists Football Club of Bauchi have signed young sensation Adeshina Issa Gata, reports Footballlive.ng.
The young winger was signed from Akwa United Football Club which is campaigning in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
The player dubbed “Messi” by his team mates at is believed to be a great signing for the Bauchi outfit and a perfect replacement for departed Shammah Tanze.
Gata dazzles with pace, skill and his attributes are ranked high.
The player expressed that he would like to contribute largely to the club in the current season and elevate the club to greater heights.
His team mates and coach are mostly impressed by his trickery and the quality of crosses he delivers.
He expressed that he is backed by quality players and is learning from senior players.
The player hopes to be part of the starting eleven for the 2018/19 season. He has set his targets on contributing largely to the team, hopes to have at least 10 goals and contribute about 20 assists. He promised the Giant Elephants supporters that he will try his best to keep them happy at all times.
