Abia Warriors versatile player Hammed Yaqub has hailed the training methods of new manager Henry Makinwa, reports Footballlive.ng.
The former ABS FC coach was installed as the Umuahia Warriors gaffer on Monday.
Yaqub featured in the pre-season friendly win over Rivers United on Thursday and has hailed the training regimen of the new manager.
“Henry Makinwa? We are fine, we are getting to know him, he is a great Coach with whom we are working fine,” Hammed Yaqub told Footballlive.ng.
“We have begun to set up with him, the work in preparation of the new season and I am satisfied, I feel just fine.”
Skillful Hameed Yaqub is expected to be a key member of the Abia Warriors side ahead of the start of the new season.
