AFCON qualifiers: What next for the Super Eagles?

Date:

The Super Eagles recorded two important victories over Libya in the Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers within the space of four days the last time they were in action.

It catapulted them to the top of the Group E table with nine points from four games.
South Africa are second with eight points, followed by Libya with four points. Seychelles are bottom having picked one points.
With nearest group challengers, South Africa, the next in line to be the victim of the Super Eagles, will the three-time African champions record victory over Bafana Bafana in Johannesburg?
Still fresh in the minds of Eagles fans is the painful day1 2-0 loss inflicted on the team by Bafana Bafana at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium.
Perhaps, the game at the FNB Stadium is the quest for redemption. With talisman Odion Ighalo and first choice keeper Francis Uzoho ruled out due to injuries, can the team survive the battle?
The team can survive the heat and pick a ticket to the 2019 AFCON in Cameroon, due to their good record and current run of form.
South Africa’s day2 0-0 draw against Libya at home shows they are not special after all.
The Super Eagles need to be focused and determined on Saturday.
