Wikki Tourist FC Manager, Bala Nkiyu has admitted that his side showed Enyimba International too much respect in the Premier League encounter on Sunday.
In a chat with brila.net after the game, Nkiyu stated that his boys made the game too easy for the Aba warriors.
“The game was not bad but we will continue to work harder in order to improve,” Nkiyu said after the match.
“With the stalemate, It is obvious that we showed Enyimba too much respect” the Coach added.
Nkiyu had bragged before the game that Wikki Tourist will not play for a draw when they host Enyimba at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium on Sunday, but the story was not the same after 90 Minutes.
Having lost their last away game 2-1 to Sunshine stars in Akure, the Nkiyu-led side will remain in 14th position on the NPFL Standings.
