‘I am nearing My Full Potentials’ Awoniyi Issues Warning

Liverpool loanee, Taiwo Awoniyi is happy with his progress at Belgium Jupiler league side, Royal Excel Mouscron and insist he has ticked every box on his bucket list.

Until his injury two weeks ago, Awoniyi has made 28 appearances and scored 8 goals for the Europa League chasing side.

The former Junior international told Brila.net that his objective for the season; as agreed with his parent club Liverpool, was to get game time, score goals and also improve his assist stats, all of which he was able to deliver on.

‘My goal is to be the best I can at every stage. I am learning and trying to work hard and keep going.

‘At the beginning of the season, me and Liverpool set the target of getting more game time, scoring goals and even assists,’ Awoniyi explained.
