Super Eagles player, Ademola Lookman has reportedly agreed on personal terms with Ligue 1 giants, Paris Saint-German.
The winger is close to a big move, with the French team who is keen on signing him from Atalanta BC.
PSG wants to boost their attack after Goncalo Ramos’s surgery and see Lookman as a key option. However, the transfer is not yet complete, as negotiations between PSG and Atalanta continue over the transfer fee.
PSG has offered around €30 million, but Atalanta is holding out for a higher amount, closer to €50 million.
Ademola Lookman had a strong season with Atalanta in the 2023-24 season and the Nigerian national team, Super Eagles especially during the AFCON 2024 and his recent European performance. This caught the attention of top European clubs.
Arsenal is also keeping an eye on the situation and may consider a late move for the 26-year-old. The final days of the transfer window will be important in deciding Lookman’s future.
