Brighton of England defender, Leon Aderemi Balogun is set to miss this weekend’s English Premier League match against Huddersfield Town, as he is still out injured.
Though initial reports indicated that Balogun returned to training The Seagulls on Thursday, footballlive.ng gathered from latest reports in Queensland that he is set o miss this weekend’s fixture.
This was confirmed by Balogun’s club coach, Chris Hughton, who stated that the 30-year-old stopper, who has made only two appearances in all competitions from a possible 11 this year, is yet to fully recover.
Hughton affirmed that Balogun, who has been out since February 6 with a shoulder injury, is not included in the squad list to face The Terriers.
Hughton expatiated: ”Pascal Gross will miss the game this weekend. He felt his hamstring. Leon Balogun will also still miss out.”
