Chelsea have made their move to sign Tosin Adarabioyo, who will become a free agent at the end of next month ahead of summer transfer window.
Newcastle United were previously the favorites to sign Adarabioyo, but now face strong competition from Chelsea.
Manchester United have also been linked with the defender, but they have not submitted an offer.
