FC Luzern of Switzerland attacker, Blessing Chibuike Eleke has expressed excitement with the brace of goals he scored for his club in the Swiss Cup, and reckons it is the beginning of bigger things to come for him and his club.
Eleke was happy with the impact he made, after getting off Luzern’s bench to score twice in his team’s 9-1 demolition of FC Gland.
The former SC Ashdod of Israel striker was introduced in the 70th minute for Valeriane Giviliia with his side already 7-1 up, but he added a late brace to seal his side’s emphatic win on the weekend.
The 22-year-old attacker, who has now scored three goals in same number of games, since joining Luzern this summer for €700,000, said he is happy to see his side reach the Swiss Cup round of 32.
Eleke posted on social media: “Good result, happy to score two goals. More to come.”
