Elijah Adebayo Expresses Desire to Represent Nigeria

Luton Town forward, Elijah Adebayo has expressed his eagerness to represent Nigeria on the international stage, donning the green and white jersey.

The 26-year-old has made a significant impact at Luton Town throughout this season, showcasing his prowess with nine goals in 23 Premier League appearances for the Hatters.

Born in England to Nigerian parents, Adebayo holds a deep connection to his Nigerian heritage and is determined to demonstrate his talents at the international level.

In a video shared on social media, Adebayo expressed his pride in his Nigerian heritage, stating, “Heritage is big for me, obviously. My mum was born in Nigeria. I am proud to be Nigerian and I would love to play for Nigeria.”

Despite facing a setback with a hamstring injury that could potentially sideline him for the remainder of the season, Adebayo remains committed to his aspirations of representing Nigeria on the football pitch.
