Enyimba goalkeeper Theophilus Joel Afelokhai has been hailed for his display against Rayon Sports in the CAF Confederation Cup quarter final.
Midfielder Austine Oladapo has lauded the effort by the shot stopper who produced crucial saves in the first leg match in Kigali.
Oladapo while speaking to Footballlive.ng noted that it was the brilliance of goalkeeper Afelokhai that kept them to the very last minute of the game. He however showered praises on the entire team for doing the needful right there in Rwanda.
“We performed very well with a good display in the away fixture,” Oladapo told Footballlive.ng.
“The large chunk of the job will be done in the second leg match in Aba. We are ready for the challenge.”
“But I have to laud Afelokhai for his outing and general display. He was outstanding for us in Kigali.
