Stoke City of England midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo has set his mind on returning to action with the club this weekend, following his bench role against Birmingham City on Wednesday.
Footballlive.ng reports that The Potters lost the match 2-0 and agitations are rising among their fans for the return of Etebo for the battle against Bolton Wanderers.
The agitations are in Etebo’s favour, although his team won three straight matches during a period when he was out on suspension for a red card he received in November.
Etebo returned to the team last Saturday after serving the mandatory three match ban, only to end up getting a second straight match for which he would be benched by Stoke’s manager, Gary Rowett.
However, the loss to Birmingham ended Stoke’s five-match unbeaten run this season and Etebo now has his sight on making the team against The Trotters this weekend.
