Terem Moffi suffered an injury in OGC Nice’s Ligue 1 match away at Metz on Saturday.

Moffi played just over an hour before he was forced off with an injury – unspecified yet.

The 24 year-old Forward will now be assessed and the extent of the impact on his lower back will determine if he’d be ruled out of the international matches with Nigeria this week.

So far this season, the Nigeria International has featured in 8 league matches for The Gym, where he has scored 3 goals and provided 2 assists.

He was left out of Nigeria’s last international match, an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe in Uyo.
