Galatasaray forward Henry Onyekuru was delighted to score in Nigeria friendly win against Liberia.
The Super Eagles picked a 2-1 victory at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex on Tuesday night.
“It’s exciting to score with the Super Eagles jersey. The game was important and we won,” Onyekuru told Footballlive.ng.
“We are working to be in the best shape for Libya, which are the games that matters the most.
“The Coach believes, and we believe, that we can do well. The Coach introduced very good young players.
“Nothing is to be taken for granted.”
