Gbagada FC, Dominion Hotspurs exit Emenike Future XI in shock defeats.

There were upsets in Day 1 of the ongoing Emmanuel Emenike Future XI tournament at the national stadium Surulere Lagos as top sides, Gbagada FC and Dominion Hotspurs all suffered shock loses at the tournament.

A total of seven games were played at two different venues within the national stadium and games were witnessed by high class scouts in the country including ex internationals such as Mobi Oparaku, Franklin Howard.

Former Super Eagles striker and sole sponsor of the tournament Emanuel Emenike witnessed all the action and have promised to always make himself available so as to see firsthand the quality players to be selected at the end of the tournament.

Day One Results:

Gbagada FC 0-3 Kedge Fc

Dominion Hotspur 0-1 Festac Young FC

Yobo Fc 5-1 Metropolitan Stars

Bethel Fc 3-0 Chykap FC

G12 Fc 1-0 Chelsea FC

Synergy Fc 2-1 Blue Diamond FC

Sam Jason FC 2-0 Salamson Fc

 With match day 1 results already decided, Kedge Fc, Festac Young FC , Yobo Fc , Bethel Fc, G12 Fc , Synergy Fc , Sam Jason FC are all through to the round of 16.

Nex set of group stage fixtures will be played on Monday, 10th December 2018. Tamuno FC vs Ajali Fc.                     7am-830am
