Nigerian movie diva, Genevieve Nnaji has added sweet words of celebration to the youth female national team, Falconets’ qualification for the quarterfinals of this year’s FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in France.
In the wake of the Falconets’ narrow escape from the brink of elimination, before a 95th minute goal by Rasheedat Ajibade fetched a 1-1 draw against China on Monday, Nnaji said she was rooting for the team all the way.
The Nollywood ace actress then shot a look ahead of the Falconets’ quarterfinal clash with Spain on Thursday, and added that she is wishing them luck to pull through into the semi-finals.
