The shot-stopper had to leave the field during Chippa United’s recent match against Mamelodi Sundowns due to an injury, sparking concerns about his availability for the national team.

However, reports suggest that Nwabali’s injury is not severe, and he is expected to be fit for international duty.

The 27-year-old goalkeeper showcased his skills for Nigeria during the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, contributing to the team’s second-place finish.
