A novelty match was played immediately after the commissioning of the stadium where ex Enyimba players in the likes of John Obu, Benbella Onwuchuruba, Emeka Obi and others show cased what they could do against ex Super Eagles USA 94 Team.
The Ex Internationals who has served this country ,the USA 94′ players with the likes of Alloy Agu, Samson Siasia, Daniel Amokachi , Austine Eguavon and many others to grease the noble occasion .
Fans trooped out in mass to support and cheer Enyinmba Fc ex players and as well the USA 94 Team.
It was an interesting moments and fun to behold at the Enyimba International Stadium.
Speaking exclusively to the Press men it was the executive Governor who said today is a day to celebrate.
It is a day were everyone in Aba is happy to see, that Enyimba is back to their stadium.
I feel so fulfilled to see that the stadium has being completed so that the youth can come to the stadium and watch their darling team play football again in Aba.
