Aberdeen of Scotland January arrival, Chidiebere Nwakali has been rule out of action with the club on Wednesday, due to a head injury that reportedly knocked him out during training.
The report of The Dons’ base reveals that Nwakali suffered from concussion on Monday and had to be rested for Tuesday’s training session.
Nwakali, who is on loan from Manchester City, sat out training with the Scottish club after he “blacked out” in training, after he suffered what officials said was mild amnesia, following a hit on his head.
The club’s officials, however, said he will be available for selection this weekend after missing Wednesday night’s game against Ross County.
On Saturday, Nwakali made his official debut for Aberdeen after his work permit came through as they beat Kilmarnock 3-1 at home.
He was an 85th minute sub and was booked five minutes later, but will hope to achieve speedy recovery and get a better outing for The Dons this weekend.
