Super Eagles midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo will be going back to school after his football career.
Stoke City star, Etebo explained that his father wanted him to attain a university degree but his love for the round leather game prevented him from going further.
“My father never stopped me from playing soccer; rather, he was always advising me to combine football with my studies,” said Etebo who once played for Las Palmas on loan from CD Feirense of Portugal.
Etebo added that his father believes that education is the best legacy parents can give their children because knowledge is wealth.
Etebo disclosed that he intends to enroll for some online courses that will keep him busy and allow him while away time whenever he is off duty at Stoke City.
Going back to school, the former Warri Wolves player stated that he would select courses that will change his mentality, prepare him for the task ahead and help him acquire more ideas in the future.
When asked about the courses he has in mind, the Rio 2016 Olympic bronze medallist said,

Etebo may benefit from the online courses in UEFA universities designed for president and former international players. The programme was launched in April 2015.
The courses are delivered by two world classics institutions in France and England and have been developed in close cooperation with FIFPro Division Europe and European clubs Association, of which Stoke City is a member.
