Arsenal attacker, Alex Iwobi is happy for the role he played in ensuring the departing coach, Arsene Wenger got victory in his last match with The Gunners.
Iwobi said he was elated to see Arsenal end their season on a winning note following Sunday’s 2-1 Premier League win against Huddersfield Town,
Gabonese striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted the winning goal in the 38th minute, the Gunners’ first away points in 2018.
The game was Arsene Wenger’s last game in charge of the North London side following a 22-year tenure with the club.Arsenal finished in sixth position in the table, their worst of Wenger’s reign.

Iwobi was on from start in the game and was replaced by Maitland -Niles in the 72nd minute.The 22-year-old Nigerian made 26 league appearances for the Gunners this season and hit the back of the net three times
