New arrival at Al Nassr of Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Musa has declared that more goals are coming off his boots in the coming days, following his superlative strike on his debut for the club in the Arab Champions League.
Musa got off the bench to send his club’s fans into ecstasy away to Al Jazira of United Arab Emirates, but the former Kano Pillars, VV Venlo of Holland, CSKA Moscow of Russia and Leicester City of England attacker said ‘it is just the beginning.’
Musa promised to do more for Al Nassr after he made a stunning goal-scoring debut on Monday night, after getting off the bench to score the winner in a 2-1 victory for his side.
It was an individual goal, which saw Musa use his speed to go past the opposing defence before he fired home, like he did for the Super Eagles at the recent World Cup in Russia, where he used to ply his trade.
Al Nassr will host the return leg match in Riyadh on September 29 with the winners going through to the second round, and Musa, who is seeking to justify his big money move to the Middle East, tweeted: “Just the beginning.”
