Ndidi outshines Iheanacho in Leicester City win, Balogun Suffers defeat

Date:

Wilfred Ndidi starred again for Leicester City as the Foxes snatched maximum points in a 2-0 League win over hosts Newcastle United on Saturday at St James’ Park.

Ndidi bossed the midfield as the enforcer more than he won tackles on the day but still left a huge impression as he clocked in another 90 minutes.

Also on the day, his national teammate, Kelechi Iheanacho got only his second 90 minutes this season in the League.

Per Whoscore.com, the midfielder scored a far higher overall rating in the game.

While Wilfred Ndidi was rated 7.4; the game’s third highest, Iheanacho came up at 6.8 rating.

Meanwhile, Leon Balogun was an unused sub in Brighton’s 2-0 defeat to Manchester City at the Etihad.
