NNL lifts ban on Oluyemi Kayode Stadium, Ekiti United set to return home

Date:

The Nigeria National League (NNL) has officially lifted the ban on the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium in Ado Ekiti, the home ground of NNL side Ekiti United.

The stadium had previously been banned due to the poor condition of the playing surface, forcing Ekiti United to relocate their home matches to the Akure Township Stadium during renovation works.

The decision to lift the ban was communicated to the club by the NNL through their Club secretary Ayodeji Olowolafe.

Ekiti United is now set to return to their home stadium and will face Vandrezzer FC in a matchday 15 fixture at the newly approved venue.
