Footballlive.ng have confirmed defenders Kenneth Omeruo and Ola Aina have been excused from today’s Super Eagles friendly against Uganda in Asaba.
Super Eagles spokesman Toyin Ibitoye has made known to footballlive.ng that Omeruo was excused from the team to attend to some personal matters.
Already, Brighton defender Leon Balogun has returned to his base after he was also allowed to rejoin his Premier League club.
Ibitoye said Balogun’s injury was not serious, but he was excused to allow him get enough rest to challenge for first-team place at his English club.
