The future of Kenneth Omeruo took another dramatic turn early Tuesday, as he was back in training with Chelsea’s main team players, despite not being registered for The Blues’ squad this season.
While several reports have indicated that Omeruo is heading for another loan deal outside Stamford Bridge, the dark-skinned stopper was spotted at The Blues’ Cobham training ground.
This, however, comes after his return from a trip to Turkey, where he held contract talks with three Turkish Super Lig clubs over a possible loan move.
Omeruo has now trained with Chelsea for the first time since July 31, but central defender has been the subject of speculation in the summer transfer window, after being told by The Blues’ new coach, Muarizio Sarri that he is surplus to requirements.
In the last few days, the former Sunshine Stars of Akure defender has been linked with virtually all the top clubs in Turkey, including Beskitas, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, plus Bursaspor, Goztepe, Alanyaspor and Kasımpaşa.
