Former Nasarawa United Technical Director who led the Solid Miners to the semifinals of 2018 AITEO Cup is the current rave as several clubs in the NPFL justling to lure him in. Kano Pillars FC are the latest team who indicate concrete interest in acquiring the services of the Ilorin born coach.
Sunshine Stars FC were the first club to enter the race for the former Nasarawa United man but were unable to meet his financial demands of well over a Million Naira per month on Salary and that gave several other clubs an avenue to approach the in-demand Coach.
It has been confirmed that Akwa United FC had jumped onto the scene with a better financial package for Coach Dogo but with a deal yet to be finalized and with 2018 AITEO Cup losing finalist Kano Pillars now indicating genuine interest in the Coach’s services, all three clubs and others likely to join the race would definitely need to up there offer if they are to attract the new bride of Nigeria football.
