It is believed that Real Madrid have prohibited their new young Brazilian starlet from speaking to the media.
New signing Vinicius Junior is currently playing for Real’s Castilla team, and has already scored three goals in as many games.
The 18-year-old is widely considered to be one of the most talented players to come out of Brazil in recent times following his move from Flamengo to Los Blancos in the latest transfer window.
As he is playing for Real’s “B” team, many would think he might be easily accessible for interviews before and after games, but according to El Confidencial, he is not allowed to speak to any members of the press.
It is said that Real want Vinicius to focus only on his football, which means he is not allowed to engage with the media.
The publication reported that since the wonderkid’s arrival at the Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid TV has broken its previous viewing records.
Vinicius, who has impressed in his first three matches for Real’s reserve side, even has helpers assisting him with his bills and other off-field chores so that he can fully concentrate on what he does on the field.
