Saviour Francis: Katsina United shouldn’t be our phobia

Date:

Attacking midfielder Saviour Francis has claimed that FC Ifeanyi Ubah ‘cannot be scared of Katsina United’ as the two meet in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

The two teams will clash in the week 25 of Nigeria’s top flight.
“[Are we scared?] No. This is football, FC Ifeanyi Ubah cannot be scared of anyone,” he told Footballlive.ng.
“It’s going to be an intense and exciting tie. They will prove a good test for us.
“Katsina United are doing great. A lot can change before we clash.”
The Akwa Ibom born then commented on the fact he has spent a lot of time on the bench.
“I don’t know how the numbers stack up, but these things are normal. Especially during the early stages of the season, and that’s the way it has to be, because we all have to play and feel useful. I feel great about the team and myself.
“We still have a lot to look forward to.
“There are so many players in the game and only a few are lucky enough to play.
“These things are less important and our work over the course of the year is what really counts. The team is more important than individual ambition,” he added.
