New arrival at Levante of Spain, Moses Simon was in dazzling form in his first match with the club, as he came off the bench to help them pull off a dramatic comeback in their latest pre-season game.
Simon was introduced in the 73rd minute of Wednesday’s match, at a point his team were trailing 1-2 and his introduction helped them eke out a 6-5 pre win over Albacete.
Simon was captivating with each touch, as the former SK Trencin of Slovakia and Gent of Belgium winger took on opponents with ease and he impressed with accurate passes.
More delicacy to Simon’s unofficial debut was in that the victory saw his side go home with the Campeones del Trofeo trophy.
His first official game will be their opening La Liga tie against Real Betis in a fortnight, ahead of which tongues are already salivating excitedly over what Simon will add to the squad and their ambitions.
