Sunderland are reportedly prepared to sell Nigerian born striker Josh Maja in the January transfer window.
The Mirror says The Black Cats are prepared to cash in on Maja for £1.5 million during the January market.
Maja, 19, has come through the youth team at the Stadium of Light to establish himself as a key part of the senior ranks, with 12 goals being scored from 20 appearances in League One during the current campaign.
However, the youngster has just over six months remaining on his contract, and it has left Sunderland in a position where they must consider a sale at the midway point of the season.
Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Southampton and Cardiff City are among Premier League clubs keeping tabs on developments.
