Super Eagles stars Ademola Lookman, Victor Boniface, and Nathan Tella will face off in the UEFA Europa League final clash between Atalanta and Bayer Leverkusen tonight.
Lookman has been a standout performer for Atalanta this season and will aim to outshine Boniface, Tella, and their Bayer Leverkusen teammates in the highly anticipated match at the AVIVA Stadium in Dublin, Ireland.
Ademola Lookman scored once and providing an assist in Atalanta’s semi-final victory over Olympic Marseille, in the second leg’s 3-0 victory at the Gewiss Stadium.
Boniface, expected to lead Leverkusen’s attack, has netted five goals in the Europa League this season, while Tella has also been instrumental in Leverkusen’s journey to the final.
Bayer Leverkusen, under the guidance of Xabi Alonso, are unbeaten in 51 games across all competitions this season.
They have already secured the Bundesliga title and will face Kaiserslautern in the DFB Pokal final.
Meanwhile, Atalanta lost the Coppa Italia to Juventus last week Wednesday to Juventus and will seek use of this clash to add a trophy to their season achievement.
The Super Eagles players will go head to head tonight to secure the Europa League Title.
