Kano Pillars striker Junior Lokosa is convinced he will get a move away from the club in the January transfer window for a “better deal abroad”.
Lokosa was the subject of a failed move in the summer after his impressive run last season in the NPFL and the experience was traumatic for the Nigeria International.
The forward has since returned to the Kano based club, scoring two goals in the group stage of the Aiteo Cup to help Masu Gida qualify for the quarter-final.
But, he told footballlive his future lies away from the four times NPFL champions, but refused to disclose his next destination.
‘I’m sure in the January window I will get a better offer from Europe and I will be moving. In the past I had issues with my move and it was difficult for me, I can’t even go into all the details.
‘But this time around, I’m sure things will be a lot different,’ Lokosa revealed.
